Do my points expire in SABO Resort?
Yes, points expire after 12 months, as your loyalty tier is based on yearly spend at SABO. -
Do my previous orders count for points?
Yes, if you purchased from May 2nd 2024 your orders will be counted for points. Orders made prior to May 2nd 2024 are not eligible, but any purchases from that date onward will earn points once you join SABO Resort. -
How do I know how many points I have?
After joining SABO Resort, you can check your points balance on the Sabo Rewards page. Alternatively, you can conveniently do so by clicking the floating button located at the bottom of the page. -
I can’t see the points from my recent purchase in my account. Where are they?
Once logged in, you can view your points and activity on the Sabo Rewards page. Please note, points from recent purchases may take up to 48 hours to appear in your SABO Resort account. If I have multiple Loyalty accounts, can I have the points / accounts merged into one account?
No. Unfortunately we are unable to merge Loyalty accounts at this stage. Please ensure that you are using the same account to place all of your future orders. -
Only one Sabo Rewards code can be applied per transaction. Sabo Rewards codes can be used once only. Sabo Rewards codes can be combined with Sabo Gift Cards.
